Last weekend 5th and 6th of June we attended a foodtruck event at Lilla Bantorget where we got to test PINKY (our beloved bicycle wagon). Isn't she beautiful?! PINKY served our delicious bone broth and everything worked fine. We learned much and met a lot of nice people.

When we serve our bone broth we top it off with aquafaba (cooked chickpeas leftovers) and spinach oil, then we add some thyme and chili as you can see below in the pictures. It gives that extra touch of taste and heat.
